Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or transferred. Experience vouchers are for a single transaction and may only be redeemed once, monetary vouchers can be part redeemed, the balance will be carried forward to use at a later date.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. 

All services being exchanged against a voucher must be pre-booked, and the voucher must be presented to the hotel on arrival. The voucher will be surrendered upon redemption.

All Vouchers are exchangeable only against services as defined on the voucher (except monetary vouchers that can be exchanged for any hotel product) and no Vouchers can be exchanged for cash.

Lost or out of date vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only the original voucher may be used.

Vouchers are only redeemable by Heacham Manor Hotel.

Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date issued, unless otherwise specified.

1 Night Standard B&B Stay stays are based on 2 people sharing a Cottage Standard Double/Twin Room. 1 and 2 Night Premium B&B Stay stays are based on 2 people sharing a a Manor Deluxe Plus, Pavilion Deluxe or Manor Four Poster Room.
